Managed by our Sports Medicine Doctor, Injections are used to help with any pain you are experiencing, specifically relieving pain and inflammation into areas such as ankles, elbows, hips, knees, shoulders, spine or wrists.

Active Release Therapy

ART provides a way to diagnose and treat the underlying causes of cumulative trauma disorders that result in symptoms of numbness, tingling, burning and aching. ART is a type of manual hands-on therapy that corrects muscular and soft tissue problems caused by adhesion formation as a result of injury, overuse or cumulative trauma.

Dry Needling & Medical Acupuncture

Medical acupuncture is an effective treatment approach aimed at reducing pain, improving function and increasing muscle activation. Orthotics are custom made shoe inserts designed to treat one’s foot biomechanics. Poor foot biomechanics may lead to foot, ankle, shin, knee, hip and/or back pain.
