She has 15 years of administrative experience in the veterinary field, where she found the loves of her life in three rescue cats who have made her a doting cat mom.

Active Release Therapy
ART provides a way to diagnose and treat the underlying causes of cumulative trauma disorders that result in symptoms of numbness, tingling, burning and aching. ART is a type of manual hands-on therapy that corrects muscular and soft tissue problems caused by adhesion formation as a result of injury, overuse or cumulative trauma.
Dry Needling & Medical Acupuncture
Medical acupuncture is an effective treatment approach aimed at reducing pain, improving function and increasing muscle activation. During this treatment, a thin, single use needle is carefully guided into the skin and specific tissues. The needle stimulates the release of the body’s own painkillers, such as endorphins.
